Other Ways to Show Your Support

The Neponset River Watershed Association is making a lasting difference in our communities.  To protect the Watershed we all love, we need your help. Please consider leaving a legacy gift to NepRWA.

A gift through your will or other estate plan lets you continue your support of the Neponset River Watershed Association into the future.  This means that we can protect this important resource for all our community members.

Making a planned gift or charitable bequest is not just for those who have wealth or financial expertise, but for anyone who wishes to include the Neponset River Watershed Association in their personal legacy.

Your legacy gift may include:

  • Cash or appreciated securities/stock
  • Retirement accounts (IRA, 401K, 403B)
  • Life insurance

In addition to providing critical financial support for our work, your charitable bequest may also provide you financial benefits including tax savings, reduced capital gains, and reduced estate taxes.

Corporate members, sponsors, and volunteers provide critical support for River protection and restoration work, including:

  • school and public outreach programs
  • efforts to monitor and eliminate water pollution
  • habitat restoration projects, climate adaptation, and resilience
  • opening up the Watershed as a recreational resource for local families
